Quantity Surveyor 

Dhiya is a highly adaptable and results-driven professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. With a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Dhiya has honed a strong skill set in cost control, resourcing, and program and project management. Throughout their career, they have successfully managed both residential and commercial construction projects, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes within budget and on time.

Ulric Betham

Quantity Surveyor 

Ulric is an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in managing and delivering complex commercial and residential projects across the North Island of New Zealand. His extensive experience spans working with leading private and government organizations, including Kāinga Ora, Tamaki Regeneration Company (TRC), Auckland Council, and The Ministry of Education.

Greg Ah-Colt

Hire/Maintenance Lead

Greg Ah-Colt, originally from Auckland, New Zealand, brings a wealth of experience in civil construction and machinery to his role at TROW Group. With a background in machinery hire and a passion for sustainability, Greg plays a vital part in the Recycling Yard, Sales, and Machinery Division. He’s driven by a strong work ethic, guided by the belief that “Hard work beats talent.” Greg values continuous learning and enjoys contributing to the team while staying connected to his cultural roots and family.

Jayda Iole-Pauga

Communications/Media Coordinator

Jayda is an experienced communicator with a strong passion for storytelling, which she discovered through her journey to completing a Bachelor of Dance Studies. Her degree led her to explore how movement or action can convey powerful narratives, a skill she now applies in her media now. At Trow, Jayda is focused on sharing impactful stories that amplify the voices of Pasifika and Maori communities. With a commitment to creating meaningful connections with positive change with Papatuanuku. Through effective communication, she is dedicated to supporting Trow’s mission of building a sustainable future through.
