Julie Latu is responsible for systems administration and provides operational management support across TROW Group, SFL and Hire Connect. Her strengths are in relationship management, team building and business process analysis and design.

Raised in West Auckland, Julie brings to the organisation more than two decades of IT experience managing teams across NZ and Australia where she worked predominantly in the ERP space across all roles including helpdesk, consulting, project management, business analysis, support management, account management and service delivery management. Leaving the high stress IT role behind in 2016, Julie moved across to support her husband Saia and all of the TROW Group’s various business entities.

Julie and Saia have two children who are most important to them in their lives and working together has allowed a work life balance also. They enjoy a shared vision of giving back to the community and the feeling that the work you do makes a difference somewhere no matter how big or small.
