TROW Group collaborated with Hire Connect and ran workshop programmes to provide work experience opportunities for local youth. Some of the workshops included machinery and office removal. This workshop programme showed youth how resilience is effort and hard work. TROW Group worked with educational group, Skills Update, to provide numeracy, literacy and health and safety courses to help students find work.
