Saia Latu is the Founder, CEO, and General Manager of TROW Group. With more than two decades of experience in deconstruction, civil infrastructure and maintenance, Saia is the driving force behind the TROW group of companies. Joe Vagana

Operations Manager

Joe manages the day-to-day operations across the entire TROW organisation and heads Health and Safety critical for all our people and projects. He is responsible also for HR and TROW’s various work programmes. As a coach and mentor, Joe is passionate about creating pathway opportunities for young Pasifika and Māori through self-confidence, tool skills, training and employment.

Cheif Financial Officer

Julie brings to the organisation more than two decades of IT experience managing teams across NZ and Australia where she worked predominantly in the ERP space across all roles including helpdesk, consulting, project management, business analysis, support management, account management and service delivery management.

Ben Tautua’a

General manager of Division in Tonga

Ben is the General Manager of the TROW division in Tonga. His loyalty towards TROW’s mission  stretches several years back when its Deconstruction sector emerged. He is the driving force behind the inception of TROW’s vision to build stable, affordable and sustainable infrastructure throughout Tonga using quality deconstructed materials from New Zealand.
